  If your Pure Humidifier isn't filling, start by checking the water supply to ensure there's adequate water pressure. If pressure is present, inspect the fill valve to see if it's stuck open and check for 24 VAC across the solenoid valve. Also, verify if there is power to the fill valve by checking for 24 VAC across the solenoid valve; if there's no voltage, look for dirt under the valve seat. Finally, make sure the drain valve is closed, and if you're using an auto-drain system, confirm the manual drain lever on the front of the drain valve is closed.

It might be due to an over-temp switch issue, suggesting interference or damage in the level control circuit; ensure Tri-probe Sensor wires are separate from power wiring. A faulty humidity sensor could also be the culprit, so verify the voltage to and from it. Additionally, a faulty immersion heater might be the problem; check and verify the heater's voltage and amperage, comparing them to the diagram or nameplate label ratings. Another potential cause is that the probes need cleaning; remove the Tri-Probe Sensor and clean the probe ends.
