What to do if Pure Humidifier ES Humidifier will not fill?

If your Pure Humidifier won't fill, first, check the water supply to ensure there is water pressure. Next, make sure the drain ball valve is closed. If you have an auto drain system, check that the drain valve is closed by removing the actuator and looking at the valve stem position. Finally, check the fill relay to see if it is energized.
