There is condensation in the Transparent Chamber. Is
this a problem?
This normally happens because of temperature differences. It
does not affect the working of your Pureit Advanced and you
will continue to receive water that is ‘Safer Than Boiled Water’.
What happens if some part of the Pureit Advanced
breaks accidentally?
If some part of Pureit Advanced breaks accidentally, please
call Pureit Advanced helpline. We will arrange to send you
a replacement part. You will however have to pay for the
replacement part.
What should I do if it takes a long time to
purify water?
In case the water quality is bad the ltration units of Pureit
Advanced may take a longer time to purify water. In such
cases you will need to clean the Carbon Polisher™ and
the Advanced Microber Mesh
TM
. Please refer the ‘Cleaning
& Maintenance of Pureit Advanced’ section for this. If the
ow rate still does not improve them please clean the
Microcharged Membrane as shown in the ‘Cleaning &
Maintenance’ section.
How do I know that my Pureit Advanced
needs cleaning?
In case the water quality is bad the ltration units of Pureit
Advanced may take a longer time to purify water. There will
be a time when the water stops coming into the Transparent
Chamber. This is an indication that you need to clean your
Pureit Advanced. Please refer the ‘Cleaning & Maintenance of
Pureit Advanced’ section for this.
Pureit Advanced didn’t fully remove the colour from
the input water. Is the water safe to drink?
Such a situation will normally not happen in Pureit Advanced.
All the colloidal clay, insoluble salts of calcium, magnesium, iron
etc will be removed by the Microcharged Membrane. Such a
situation if happens, suggests that Microcharged Membrane
has been damaged. Please call the Pureit Advanced helpline for
replacement.
Can there be scaling in Pureit Advanced?
Dissolved chemicals in water can occasionally precipitate out of
the water, and deposit inside Pureit Advanced. This however does
not in any way affect the Germkill capability of Pureit Advanced.
To avoid scaling, rinse the Top Chamber & Transparent Chamber
once in a while. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or tools. Refer
to Cleaning & Maintenance of Pureit Advanced section for details.
