Summary

Vehicle Preparation and Hoop Mounting

Prepare Stake Pockets and Attach Brackets

Prepare stake pockets, attach threaded plates, and secure mounting brackets to the vehicle bed.

Install Square Nuts for Hoops

Insert square nuts into bed channels and position them for hoop attachment.

Position and Loosely Attach Front Hoop

Place the front hoop over stake pockets and thread the bolt loosely.

Support Tube and Bracket Installation

Attach Rear Hoop

Repeat front hoop attachment for the rear hoop, noting etched details.

Install CoreTec Inserts into Support Tubes

Insert threaded CoreTec components into support tubes using specified bolts.

Mount Rail Brackets to Hoops

Position and install side and top rail mounting brackets onto the hoops.

Attach Top Support Tubes

Secure top support tubes to the hoop brackets using nuts and bolts.

Final Tube Attachment and Tightening

Install Side Support Tubes

Align and attach side support tubes to the mounting brackets using nuts and bolts.

Tighten Front and Rear Mounting Bolts

Secure the 3.25" bolts on the front and rear mounting plates.
