Why is my QED Controller not cycling?
    • D
      David MorseAug 3, 2025
If the QED Controller is not cycling, there might be several reasons: * Low or dead batteries. * The lid might not be open; ensure you open it. * The temperature might be below 10º F; warm the controller. * The MP50 might not be STARTED with CYCLE key or is in HELD mode; operate the CYCLE and/or PAUSE key to return the MP50 to cycling state. * The MP50 might be in LEVEL hold; make sure the MP30 probe is submerged when in MP mode.

Why is the QED Controller battery life too short?
    • D
      Donald WestAug 20, 2025
If the QED Controller's battery life is too short, it could be due to the controller being left on while stored; turn the MP50 off before storing and remove batteries when storing for more than 1 month. Also, low temperatures (below 10º F) can affect battery life; warm the controller.
