Dear QSC Customer,
Thank you for your purchase of K.2 Series loudspeakers.
QSC upholds a very high standard for Product Reliability. Recently we have discovered an
issue that can, under certain irregular conditions lead to failure of K.2 loudspeakers in
countries using 220-240V power. QSC has developed a user-installable firmware update that
is recommended for K.2 speakers used in regions with 220-240V AC power, including:
Europe
Middle East / Africa
Asia (excluding Japan & Taiwan)
Australia / New Zealand
South America (220-230V countries only)
NOTE: This update is NOT necessary in regions with 100-120V AC power, such as North
America, Central America, Caribbean, Japan or Taiwan.
