WHO IS COVERED: Thiswarrantyextendsonlytotheoriginalresidentialend-useroftheQuest
DEH3000Dehumidier&VentilationSystemController,andmaynotbeassignedortransferred.
FIRST YEAR WARRANTY: Therma-StorLLCwarrantsthat, forone(1)yearthe Quest DEH 3000
Dehumidier&VentilationSystemControllerwilloperatefreefromanydefectsinmaterialsand
workmanship,orTherma-StorLLCwill,atitsoption,repairorreplacethedefectivepart(s),freeof
anycharge.
END-USER RESPONSIBILITIES:WarrantyservicemustbeperformedbyaServicerauthorizedby
Therma-StorLLC.Iftheend-userisunabletolocateorobtainwarrantyservicefromanauthorized
Servicer,heshouldcallTherma-StorLLCattheabovenumberandaskfortheTherma-StorLLC
ServiceDepartment,whichwillthenarrangeforcoveredwarrantyservice.Warrantyservicewillbe
performedduringnormalworkinghours.
TheEnd-usermustpresentproofofpurchase(lease)uponrequest,byuseofthewarrantycardor
otherreasonableandreliablemeans.Theend-userisresponsiblefornormalcare.Thiswarrantyonly
appliestoresidentialapplicationsanddoesnotcoveranydefect,malfunction,etc.resultingfrom
misuse,abuse,lackofnormalcare,corrosion,freezing,tampering,modication,unauthorizedor
improperrepairorinstallation,accident,actsofnatureoranyothercausebeyondTherma-StorLLC's
reasonablecontrol.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: If any  Quest DEH 3000 Dehumidier &Ventilation System
Controllerpartisrepairedorreplaced,thenewpartshallbewarrantedforonlytheremainderofthe
originalwarrantyperiodapplicablethereto(butallwarrantyperiodswillbeextendedbytheperiod
oftime,ifany,thattheQuestDEH3000Dehumidier&VentilationSystemControllerisoutof
servicewhileawaitingcoveredwarrantyservice).
UPONTHEEXPIRATIONOFTHEWRITTENWARRANTYAPPLICABLETOTHEQuestDEH3000
Dehumidier&VentilationSystemControllerORANYPARTTHEREOF,ALLOTHERWARRANTIES
IMPLIEDBYLAW,INCLUDINGMERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,
SHALLALSOEXPIRE.ALLWARRANTIESMADEBYTHERMA-STORLLCARESETFORTHHEREIN,
ANDNOCLAIMMAYBEMADEAGAINSTTHERMA-STORLLCBASEDONANYORALWARRANTY.
INNOEVENTSHALLTHERMA-STORLLC,INCONNECTIONWITHTHESALE,INSTALLATION,USE,
REPAIRORREPLACEMENTOFANYQuestDEH3000Dehumidier&VentilationSystemController
ORPARTTHEREOFBELIABLEUNDERANYLEGALTHEORYFORANYSPECIAL,INDIRECTOR
CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGESINCLUDINGWITHOUTLIMITATIONWATERDAMAGE(THEEND-
USERSHOULDTAKEPRECAUTIONSAGAINSTSAME),LOSTPROFITS,DELAY,ORLOSSOFUSE
ORDAMAGETOANYREALORPERSONALPROPERTY.
Somestatesdonotallowlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,andsomedonotallow
theexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sooneorbothoftheselimitation
