Additive pump error
Additive pump is Off
CONFIRM
* Check Additive Cartridge to
verify it is properly installed
and
fully secured to the pump
* If the cartridge was secure, try
removing cartridge and
reinserting it
* If the cartridge was secure, try
stopping and restarting
cardioplegia flow
* If error still persists, restart
console and try again
* Contact service after multiple
occurrences
Internal H2O temperature sensor error
Ensure proper Cold water source
Call Service after this Case
CONFIRM
* Continue as normal
OR
* Restart and resume case

Battery Error
Consult service after this case
