E1/E2 Offset Setting - The coffee boiler offset setting has been calibrated using a special
Scace device and should not be changed. The steam boiler offset setting is set to 0° by default.
It can be changed up to 5° to increase the steam pressure, but the pressure may vary at higher
elevations so make sure it does not exceed 2 bars of pressure or damage may occur.
Note - The PID controller and heating lights will turn off when the reservoir is empty.
Shot Timer
The PID has an intergraded timer for your shot duration. When the timer is activated the counter
begins to increase and is displayed on the PID.
The timer is activated when the lever is lifted to the brew position and the pump is on. When the
lever is returned to the start position the timer ends the counting cycle and the finish time
duration is displayed on the PID for 5 seconds.
