franchiseeordealer.RADIOSHACKMAKESNOOTHEREXPRESSWARRANTIES.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcover:(a)damageorfailurecausedbyorattributableto
abuse,misuse,failuretofollowinstructions,improperinstallationormaintenance,
alteration,accident,ActsofGod(suchasoodsorlightning),orexcessvoltage
orcurrent;(b)improperorincorrectlyperformedrepairsbypersonswhoare
notaRadioShackAuthorizedServiceFacility;(c)consumablessuchasfusesor
batteries;(d)ordinarywearandtearorcosmeticdamage;(e)transportation,
shippingorinsurancecosts;(f)costsofproductremoval,installation,set-up
service,adjustmentorreinstallation;and(g)claimsbypersonsotherthanthe
originalpurchaser.
Shouldaproblemoccurthatiscoveredbythiswarranty,taketheproductandthe
RadioShacksalesreceiptasproofofpurchasedatetoanyRadioShackstorein
theU.S.RadioShackwill,atitsoption,unlessotherwiseprovidedbylaw:(a)repair
theproductwithoutchargeforpartsandlabor;(b)replacetheproductwiththe
sameoracomparableproduct;or(c)refundthepurchaseprice.Allreplacedparts
andproducts,andproductsonwhicharefundismade,becometheproperty
ofRadioShack.Neworreconditionedpartsandproductsmaybeusedinthe
performanceofwarrantyservice.Repairedorreplacedpartsandproductsare
warrantedfortheremainderoftheoriginalwarrantyperiod.Youwillbecharged
forrepairorreplacementoftheproductmadeaftertheexpirationofthewarranty
period.
