USING THE ALARMS
Setting the Alarm Time
1. Set
ALARM/AUTO/OFF/ON
to
OFF
.
2. Press and hold
ALARM SET
, then
press
HOUR
. The time on the dis-
play advances by one hour each
time you press
HOUR
. Hold down
HOUR
to rapidly advance the hour
digits.
3. While you hold down
ALARM SET
,
press
MINUTE
. The time on the
display advances by one minute
each time you press
MINUTE
. Hold
down
MINUTE
to rapidly advance
the minute digits.
4. Release
ALARM SET
when the
desired alarm time appears on the
display.
To view the preset alarm time at any
time, press
ALARM SET
.
Using the Buzzer Alarm
To turn on the buzzer alarm, set
ALARM/AUTO/OFF/ON
to
ALARM
.
At the preset time, the alarm sounds
and automatically turns off after 1 hour,
59 minutes.
To turn off the alarm before 1 hour, 59
minutes, set
ALARM/AUTO/OFF/ON
to
OFF
.
To adjust the volume of the alarm
sound, rotate
VOLUME
.
Using the Radio Alarm
To turn on the radio alarm, set
ALARM/
AUTO/OFF/ON
to
AUTO
. Be sure the
station and volume are set. See “Play-
ing the Radio.”
At the preset time, the radio turns on
and automatically turns off after 1 hour,
59 minutes.
To turn off the radio before 1 hour, 59
minutes, set
ALARM/AUTO/OFF/ON
to
OFF
