Setting Microphone Sensitivity
1. In the options mode, repeatedly press

flashes.
2. Press
MENU/FOLDER
to start the
microphone sensitivity setting. Either
HI
or
LO
flashes.
3. Press

+
so the desired
mode flashes.
•
HI
— high sensitivity mode is rec-
ommended for normal use.
•
LO
— use low sensitivity mode
when there is a lot of background
noise.
Note:
When the microphone sensitiv-
ity is set to
HI
, the noise may
increase depending on the recording
conditions.
4. Press
MENU/FOLDER
while the
desired mode flashes to complete its
setting if you want to remain in the
options mode. Or press
STOP
