    • S
      sullivanmaryAug 22, 2025
If your Radio Shack Electronic Keyboard produces no sound, first, ensure the AC adapter is correctly attached or that the batteries are correctly installed and not dead. Next, check that the power is turned on and the volume isn't too low. Also, verify that the MODE switch is not in the CONCERT CHORD or FINGERED position, and that LOCAL CONTROL is turned on. Normal play is not possible on the accompaniment keyboard while the MODE switch is set to CONCERT CHORD or FINGERED. Change the MODE switch setting to NORMAL.

Why can't I recall data from a card on my Radio Shack LK-1500?
    • S

If you cannot recall data from a card on your Radio Shack Electronic Keyboard, first, ensure the card is correctly inserted into the card slot. If it is, check that you're using a card with the voltage and capacity supported by the keyboard. If the issue persists, the card may be damaged, so try using a different card.

What to do if song play cuts out on Radio Shack LK-1500 Electronic Keyboard?
    • F
      Frances RoseSep 7, 2025
If song play on your Radio Shack Electronic Keyboard momentarily cuts out, it means the data is fragmented. You can perform a “save as” operation to save the data under a different name without deleting the original. Then, try performing the operation using the newly saved data. Alternatively, if you saved the data to the card from another location, format the card (which will delete its contents), and then save the data to the card again. Try performing the operation using the newly saved data.
