How to fix no sound on Radio Shack Electronic Keyboard?

  If your Radio Shack Electronic Keyboard isn't producing sound even when you press the keys, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the keyboard hasn't automatically turned off; try setting the POWER/MODE switch to OFF and then back to ON. Also, check the volume level and repeatedly press the MAIN VOLUME L button to increase it. Make sure headphones are disconnected, as they might be diverting the sound. Verify the power supply by checking if the batteries are correctly inserted (+/–) and fresh, and that the AC or DC adapter is properly connected. Finally, if POWER/MODE is set to FINGERED, try pressing 3 or 4 keys to form a chord or switch to NORMAL or CONCERT CHORD mode.

  If you're not getting any sound from your Radio Shack Electronic Keyboard when it's connected to an external amplifier, the volume might be too low. Repeatedly press the MAIN VOLUME L button to increase the volume. Also, the connection cord could be defective, so try replacing it.
