Beware of Creeping
Elegance
Programs
can
grow to become more and more elegant with the
ego reinforcement
of the
programmer as
success follows success. With this "creeping elegance"
comes increased
chance
of
silly errors. It's fun to let your mind wander and add on some more program here,
and some more there, but it's easy to lose sight of the purpose of the program. It is at times
like this when the flow
chart
is ignored and the
trouble
begins. Nuff said.
