Why is my RainPoint Timer water flow meter inaccurate?
The inaccurate water flow meter of RainPoint Timer can be caused by a tilted mounting angle. The water timer needs to be installed perpendicular to the ground, avoiding angled installation to prevent affecting the water count. Also, low or erratic water pressure from the tap can cause this issue. Normal error values for water counts are ± 5%.
Why won't my RainPoint Timer connect?
If your RainPoint Timer won't connect, ensure your WiFi network is working properly. Also, make sure that rainfall delay parameters are not set. When connecting to irrigation timers, stay close to hubs and routers. If you accidentally set the plan for channel 1 to channel 2, re-pair the timer by pressing and holding the left button until the left and right indicators flash rapidly.
