When all five (5) screws that secure the front cover have been removed, very carefully
and gradually pull the cover towards you. Do not remove the wires connected to the
switches. Take your time, and reposition the connected wires as necessary to allow the
cover to be pulled out a short distance.
Step S3 – Connect brown wire to “hot” side of steam
switch
Looking from the rear of the steam switch, locate the “empty” terminal tab. It will be on
the right side of the switch, looking from the rear, and will have no wire connected to it.
You should be able to access this side of the switch once the cover is loose and has been
pulled away a short distance.
