<Seg> Sweep segment number. This suffix is ignored; the command
deletes all segments.
Usage: Event
[SENSe<Ch>:]SEGMent<Seg>:OVERlap <Boolean>
Queries whether the analyzer supports overlapping sweep segments.
Suffix:
<Ch>
.
Channel number. This suffix is ignored; the command is instru-
ment-specific.
<Seg> Sweep segment number. This suffix is ignored; the command is
instrument-specific.
Parameters:
<Boolean> ON | OFF: No effect.
*RST: ON. If used as a query, the command returns the
information that overlapping sweep segments are
supported (ON).
[SENSe<Ch>:]SWEep:SPACing <StimulusFreq>
Defines the frequency vs. time characteristics of a frequency sweep ("Lin Frequency"
or "Log Frequency"). The command has no effect on segmented frequency, power or
time sweeps.
Note: Use [SENSe<Ch>:]SWEep:TYPE to select sweep types other than "Lin Fre-
quency" or "Log Frequency".
Suffix:
<Ch>
.
Channel number
Parameters:
<StimulusFreq> LINear | LOGarithmic
The stimulus frequency is swept in equidistant steps over the
frequency range. In a Cartesian diagram, the x-axis is a linear
frequency axis.
Example:
FUNC "XFR:POW:S12"
Activate a frequency sweep and select the S-parameter S
12
as
measured parameter for channel and trace no. 1.
SWE:SPAC LOG
Change to sweep type "Log Frequency".
[SENSe<Chn>:]FUNCtion[:ON] <SweepType>[, <arg1>[, <arg2>]]
Defines the sweep type and the measurement parameter in a single string.
