If your Rascal Scooter doesn't move when you switch it on, several things could be the cause. First, check the battery voltage to ensure they're not dead. Make sure the charger isn't connected while trying to operate the scooter. Verify that the freewheel lever is in the drive position. Also, confirm that the batteries are fully charging and that the scooter moves freely when in freewheel mode.
