TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Symptom Solution
 Scooter does not move
when power switched
on.
 Batteries dead – check voltage
 Is the charger connected?
 Is freewheel lever in drive?
 Steering is loose or
wobbly when driven.
 Check for tire damage.
 Damaged steering - Contact
dealer.
 Loose seat – Contact dealer.
 Vehicle behaves
erratically when driven.
 Possible electronic problems –
Contact dealer.
 Short Range
 Check tires for damage.
 Check batteries are fully
charging.
 Check vehicle moves freely
when in freewheel.
To save the batteries, the scooter controller has a sleep mode, which is
activated if the scooter is not used but left switched on for some time. To
reset, switch the scooter off and then on again.
