Fender/Headlight
Plug in the headlight connector.
Line up the internal notch and pins
and external arrows, and press dir-
ectly together without twisting.
Install the fender/headlight mount-
ing hardware through the headlight
bracket, fender, and fork thread in
the bolt to attach the fender mount-
ing bracket to the mounting point on
the back of the fork, then tighten
securely.
Put the quick release screw through
the front wheel.Ensure both cone
springs point inward. Keep the lever
open and thread on the thumb nut a
couple of turns. Hold the quick
release screw in line with the axle
and tighten the thumb nut until the
lever can stay parallel to the floor
without being held.
* Make sure not to touch the brake
rotor.
Unscrew the corresponding screws
on the front fork.
