Troubleshoot
Cab Access Panel
The C120R Cab is equipped with a side access panel
located on the right hand side. This panel allows access
to the bottom of the console controls as well as the power
distribution points for the cab.

4. HVAC Water Valve

Frame Relay and Fuse Panel
The frame fuse and relay panel is located inside the right
rear engine compartment door. To remove cover press
tabs inward on both sides of the cover.
Transducer Assembly
The transducer assembly is located inside the right rear engine
compartment door and houses the test ports for the C120R.
To check pressures manually through the test ports you will
need to have the proper gauge size that is noted on the
transducer decal and the test port coupler adapter.
When testing the pressure at each port the engine needs to
be turned off so that there is no pressure at the ports. The
test ports do not have a check valve and act similar to an
open hydraulic line when the cap is removed.
If pressures are low the first thing to do is to change filters.
Clogged or restricted filters will directly effect pressures
as well as hydraulic components. This reduced flow and
pressure can shorten the life of the hydraulic system and
its components.
