Use the provided External Mic to dive deeper into your work. Plug in the
External Mic into the Mic Port, and you’re all set.
When on a call, press the button on the External Mic to mute/unmute
the mic.

Quick Start Guide:

To power on the headphones, hold the "Power On/Off" button for approximately 3 seconds. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode. To pair with a source device, go to the Bluetooth settings on your device, ensure Bluetooth is on, search for "The Work Headphones," and select it to pair.

  • Power On: Hold the "Power On/Off" button for 3 seconds.
  • Power Off: Hold the "Power On/Off" button for 5 seconds.

Media Player Control:

  • Play/Pause: Press the "Power On/Off" button once.
  • Volume Up: Press the "Volume Up/Next" button once.
  • Next Track: Hold the "Volume Up/Next" button for 2 seconds.
  • Volume Down: Press the "Volume Down/Previous" button once.

Phone Call Control:

  • Answer a Call: Press the "Power On/Off" button once.
  • End a Call: Press the "Power On/Off" button once.
  • Reject a Call: Hold the "Power On/Off" button for 1.5 seconds.
  • Redial the Last Number: Press the "Power On/Off" button twice.
  • Mute Call: While on a call, short press the "Volume Up/Next" and "Volume Down/Previous" buttons together.
  • Activate Siri/Google Assistant: Hold the "Volume Up/Next" and "Volume Down/Previous" buttons for 3 seconds.

Clear Paired Devices:

To clear all paired devices, hold the "Volume Down/Previous" and "Power On/Off" buttons for 5 seconds when the headphones are powered on.

Multipoint Connection:

  1. Successfully pair the headphones to a Bluetooth device using the Quick Start Guide steps, then disconnect from the first device.
  2. Successfully connect a second Bluetooth device using the Quick Start Guide steps.
  3. Reconnect to the first device.

Sound Profiles:

The headphones offer three sound profiles crafted by artists and producers:

  • Balanced Sound: Provides a leveled sound suitable for all-around performance and warmth.
  • Bass Sound: Delivers a bass-boosted sound, ideal for songs with strong beats and for bass enthusiasts.
  • Pure Sound: Offers the most refined sound with perfect clarity to hear every single note.
  • Toggle between Sound Profiles: Hold the "ANC/Awareness Mode/Sound Profiles" button for 1.5 seconds.

External Mic:

The provided external mic enhances your work experience. Plug the external mic into the dedicated Mic Port. When on a call, press the button on the external mic to mute or unmute it.

Troubleshooting:

  • Cannot power on: Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.
  • No sound when connected via Bluetooth:
    • Check the volume and play/pause functions on both the device and headphones to ensure the Bluetooth connection is correctly set up.
    • Before connecting, test the playback of the audio file on your Bluetooth device.
    • Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are interfering with the current connection.
  • No sound when connected to an external device by 3.5mm audio AUX cable:
    • Check the volume level on both the connected device and headphones.
