    What to do if Sensor Error LED is ON on Raypak Controller?

      If the Sensor Error LED is ON or blinking on your Raypak Controller, first check the wiring of the outdoor (air) sensor and make sure there's a continuous connection from the Y-Series to the sensor(s). If that's not the issue, the output (water) sensor might be out of range; use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the sensor(s) and compare it with the provided table. If everything seems okay, consider replacing the Y-Series Boiler Control Board.

    Why is the Control Enabled LED OFF on my Raypak Controller?

      The Control Enabled LED on your Raypak Controller might be off because the output temperature sensor is out of range, which should also turn on the Sensor Error LED. Another reason could be a setting error, indicated by the Setting Error LED being on. Also, the outdoor temperature could be higher than or equal to the outdoor cutoff setting less the outdoor cutoff deadband setting.
