WARNING: Do not attempt
to thread the stem into the front
fork thread.
Note: Make sure any cables/wires
are out of the way before inserting
the stem into the fork.
WARNING: Failure to
properly tighten the collar clamp may
allow the handlebars to dislodge
while riding and may cause you to
lose control and fall. When correctly
tightened, the handlebars will not
rotate out of alignment with the front
wheel under normal circumstances.
Note: The cable and wire assembly
from the handlebar must not
wrap around the steering tube or
handlebar. Sharp bends or twisting of
the brake cable can cause the brake
to malfunction.
2 With the front wheel pointed
straight ahead and the handlebars
square to the front wheel, tighten
both bolts on the clamp with 5 mm
Allen wrench. Tighten securely.
1 Join the connectors from the
T-bar to the fork. Loosen the collar
clamp on the T-bar with a side to
side twisting motion, install the
T-bar to the fork until it bottoms out
on the headset locknut.
1 To release the folding mechanism, place the scooter
on the ground. Pull the Anti-Rattle knob up to raise
downtube. Turn knob completely counterclockwise then
continue raising downtube until downtube is locked in
the upright position.
2 Turn knob clockwise to tighten and engage the
Anti-Rattle mechanism.
WARNING: Keep fingers
clear of the folding mechanism
when folding or unfolding the
scooter. Make sure others are
standing clear.

handlebar, the electronic brake
should be on the left and the
throttle/display should be on the
right when facing the deck.
