No dial
tone
•
Check
installation:
Make sure
the
telephone line
cord
is connected
to the
base
unit and the
wall
phone jack
.
•
Check
the
hook switch. Make sure
it fully
extends
when the
handset
is lifted
from the cradle.
•
Y
ou
must have
touch-tone
service on your line to use this phone.
If
you
do
not
know
what type of
service
you
have, check
with the
phone company.
•
Make sure speakerphone indicator comes
on
(if using speakerphone.)

speaker volume

It is normal for the volume to drop when additional extension
