Excessive or discolored smoke from your Rec Tec Grill can be due to: * **Excess ash in the fire pot:** Inspect the burn pot for ash and clean it if needed. It's recommended to clean the fire pot every 3-5 uses. * **Blower fan issues:** Unplug the grill, remove the access panel, and check the blower fan for obstructions, loose connections, or bugs. Remove any obstructions. If the problem continues after powering the grill back on, unplug it, manually spin the fan for several revolutions, and plug it back in. The blower fan may need to be replaced if the issue persists.
