What to do if RECO Control Systems cleaning is not effective?
    • M
      melissa37Aug 12, 2025
If the cleaning is not effective, several factors could be at play. The interval might be too long, in which case you should set parameter E1 “Interval 1” to a lower value. It could also be that the pressure is too low, so you should increase the pressure or set parameter E1 “Interval 1” to a higher value. A defective valve could also be the cause, so check or replace the valves. Another reason may be that the pulse time is too short, so set parameter E5 “Pulse time” to a higher value. Finally, the cycle might be frequently interrupted. In this case, you should check the differential pressure transmitter and hose connections.

If the “ON” LED does not light, it could be due to several reasons. First, check the power supply to ensure there is mains voltage. If that's not the issue, the fuse in the device might be defective, and you should replace it. Finally, the system EMERGENCY-STOP might be actuated, so check the EMERGENCY-STOP.

    • A
      Angela PerrySep 4, 2025
If there is no downtime cleaning, it could be because parameter E9 is set to 0, indicating no downtime cycles. In this case, check parameter E9 “Downtime cycles”. Alternatively, the contact on input E1 might not be opening, so check the contact on input E1.
