bearing, or seal that has reached the end of its useful life.
Please examine your pump carefully to ensure that no damage occurred during shipment. If dam-

Why red lion RL25U runs but does not discharge fluid?
    • M
      Mary WagnerJul 29, 2025
If your Red Lion Water Pump runs but doesn't discharge fluid, the impeller might be blocked or jammed, so you should clean it. Alternatively, the pump height to the water source might be too high; reduce it. Also, the inlet to the impeller might be plugged, requiring you to pull and clean the pump.

How to fix Red Lion Water Pump that does not deliver rated capacity?
    • C
      Charles LeonAug 7, 2025
If your Red Lion Water Pump isn't delivering its rated capacity, first check if the pump height is too high for the pump's capability. Also, a partially blocked inlet can be the cause, so clean the inlet. Moreover, the impeller or discharge pipe might be clogged; pull the pump and clean it, and check the hose for kinks or blockages. Finally, impeller wear due to abrasives can reduce capacity, requiring pump replacement.

What to do if my Red Lion Water Pump does not turn on?
    • A
      Ashley BrewerAug 18, 2025
If your Red Lion Water Pump doesn't turn on, there are several possible causes. First, ensure the pump is plugged into a working GFCI circuit. If it is, check the circuit breaker or fuse and turn it on or replace it if necessary. Corroded power cord plug prongs can also prevent the pump from turning on, so clean the prongs. If the pump has an overload, allow it to cool and investigate the cause, such as a jammed impeller. In some cases, the motor may be inactive, requiring pump replacement.
