RED REDDY SE - Warranty Liability

This product is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or from the date of
manufacture of the product (if the date of sale cannot be determined). During the warranty period,
the manufacturer undertakes to remedy any manufacturing defects by repairing, replacing parts or
replacing the entire product.
The warranty comes into eect only if the date of purchase is confirmed by the seal of the store and
the signature of the seller on the original warranty card. This warranty is valid only if the product has
been used in accordance with the instruction manual, has not been repaired, disassembled or
damaged as a result of improper handling, and the complete set of the product has been preserved.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product. This warranty does not apply to
products used for industrial and/or commercial purposes.
The warranty does not cover products damaged by:
- improper operation, careless handling, incorrect connection, non-observance of the manual
hereto;
- mechanical, thermal and other damage caused by improper operation, negligence or accident;
- untimely cleaning of filters, dust collectors and other parts and accessories that require periodic
cleaning and replacement;
- ingestion of foreign objects, liquids, insects, rodents, etc.;
- damage to electrical cords;
- connection to a network with a voltage dierent from that specified in the operating rules for the
product, or if the parameters of the supply network do not correspond to the standard ones;
- unskilled repairs and other interventions that led to changes in the design of the product;
- change or removal of the serial number, or if the serial number is printed illegibly.
The warranty does not apply to units, mechanisms and accessories that have a natural wear and
tear as well as accumulators and batteries. According to the instruction manual, periodic
maintenance work on the product is not covered by the warranty.
The service life of the product and the period of validity of warranty obligations for it are calculated
from the date of sale or from the date of manufacture of the product (if the date of sale cannot be
determined).
The date of manufacture of the device can be found in the serial number located on the bottom of
the device opposite to symbols D/C: the first two digits correspond to the year of manufacture, and
the second two digits correspond to the month of manufacture.
The manufacturer's specified lifetime of the device is 2 years from the date of purchase, provided
that the product is used in accordance with this manual, applicable technical standards and subject
to the conditions of warranty service.
