Warranty
This unit is a very high quality product. Should any problem occur, contact your supplier;
If any part is found to be defective, Red Pod will replace such defective part during the warranty period, from the purchase
date, provided that it is not caused by any of the following:
o Improper installation of the unit or installation noncompliant with the installation or operating instructions;
o Lack of maintenance or negligence;
o Misuse of the unit.
Or that are not replaceable, such as:
o Worn-out material, such as the baffle plate;
o Glass damaged, broke and misused.
