First, the discharge capacity of the pack might be insufficient, so use another pack with better discharge capability. Second, the RPM might be too high, or the gear ratio or final drive ratio might be incorrect, so use a stock motor, stock gearing, and don’t pull heavy loads. Finally, the gear mesh might be too tight, so reset the gear mesh.

  If the LiPo battery of your REDCAT Motorized Toy Car won't recharge after use, it could be that the ESC is set to NiMH battery and the LiPo battery was discharged below the safe level, so refer to the ESC Guide and set the ESC to LiPo battery. Another possibility is that you have a bad LiPo battery, so properly dispose of the LiPo battery, as it is no longer safe to use. You can replace the LiPo battery with a fully charged, brand new battery, and dispose of the bad battery according to your local laws.
