Why does my Redring Plumbing Product shower cycle from hot to cold?

  If your Redring Plumbing Product shower cycles from hot to cold, it might be due to the shower temperature being set too high, which activates the thermal cut-out safety feature. To resolve this, turn knob “C” clockwise to increase water flow. Then, slowly increase the water temperature by turning knob “C” anti-clockwise until you reach a comfortable temperature. Remember to wait about 20 seconds after each adjustment to see its effect. You may also need to select the 'Med (medium)' setting.

How to fix too hot water from Redring Plumbing Product?

  If the water from your Redring Plumbing Product is too hot, try increasing the water flow by adjusting knob “C” clockwise. Selecting the 'Med (medium)' setting might also help. Additionally, ensure that the water supply pressure is sufficient by fully opening the service valve or stop cock. Check that the hose isn't kinked, which could restrict water flow, and clean the shower handset.
