3.4. USER MODE
Press [UP] and [DOWN] to create your own profile. You can then hold [ENTER] for 2 seconds
to save or press [START] to quit profile setting. After setting the workout time, press [START]
to begin the workout.
Press [STOP] to pause the workout and press [START] to continue the workout. Furthermore,
press [RESET] to got back to the main screen.
3.5. WATT
Press [UP] and [DOWN] to set the WATT and Time target. Press [START] to start the workout.
Press [STOP] to pause the workout. Press [START] to continue the workout. Press [RESET]
to go back to main screen.
4. RECOVERY MODE
After exercising for a period of time, hold on to the silver handgrips and press the
[RECOVERY] button. Put your hand back on the silver handgrip and keep them there.
All function displays will stop except TIME, which will start counting down from 00:60 to
00:00. The screen will display your heart rate recovery status with a result between F1
and F6, where F1 is optimal performance. Press the [RECOVERY] button again to return
the main display.
