Activity Chair could result in serious injury or death. The safety of your child is
your responsibility. Please keep these instructions for your reference.
WARNING
• Prevent crushed or amputated fingers.
• Unfold chair completely before use.
• Make sure latch is secure.
• Keep fingers away from hinges.
• Never leave child unattended. Always keep child in view
while in the chair.
• Discontinue use if chair is broken. Contact manufacturer
immediately for replacement parts or service.
• Avoid serious injury and falls. Do not use as booster seat, on adult
chair, or elevated surface.
• This product is to be used on floor surface only.
