If the temperature is above 100°C / 212°F, the pressure might be preventing the lid from opening. Wait until the temperature drops considerably below 100°C / 212°F. If needed, switch off the device. Ensure the device is pressureless by checking the gauge readings or the valve on the rear of the device.
Why is my REITEL Polymat Laboratory Equipment not heating or heating too slowly?
The temperature limiter may have switched off. Remove the rubber cover and press the temperature limiter after approximately 15 minutes. If this problem occurs frequently, it is recommended to inform customer service.

Fill the device with water or deactivate the heating by pressing the key „U“ of the controller for 3 seconds. Avoid activating the heating during dry operation (without water).
