To submit a claim for warranty service under the terms of this warranty, please contact
customer service at support@reliablecorporation.com or call 1-800-268-1649.
Please note that proof of purchase will be required and must reflect that you are the original
purchaser and that the purchase was made directly from Reliable Corporation or an
authorized Reliable dealer. Please also provide the model and the serial number of the
Reliable Steam Boiler, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential
issues and follow Reliable's procedures for obtaining warranty service.
Any warranty claim must be in compliance with the terms set out in this document or any
subsequent document issued by Reliable in connection to this policy.
All repairs are done at the premises of Reliable Corporation, at 5-100 Wingold Ave, North
York, Ontario, M6B 4K7, Canada.
