If the product is not to be used for long, we recommend storing in the original package.
Make sure the plug is removed from the outlet and that the controller is disconnected
from the blanket before storing.
Warning: Make sure the blanket has cooled down before storing. During storage,
do not place any object on the product.
Problem: The product does not produce enough heat or does not work.
Cause: This heating products provide safe heat and protect consumers' skin within
temperature range based on international safety standards, which helps avoid low tempera-
ture burns. Therefore, the temperature setting is for keeping warm instead of getting hot.
Solution: CAUTION! The following troubleshooting test represents a non-standard use of
your product. Do not continue this test for more than thirty (30) minutes. Do not repeat this
procedure during actual use. Fold the product with at least four folds. Connect the controller
to the blanket, and then plug the controller into a working wall outlet. Set the controller to
the highest heat setting and wait for five (5) minutes. Place your hand inside the folds. If you
do feel warmth during this test, the product is working properly. Turn the controller OFF. Lay
the product out flat. It is safe to resume normal operation aer 20 minutes. If no heat is felt
during this test, unplug the power cord and contact Customer Support (support@rellorush-
ome.com).
Problem: When receiving the product, it does not work.
Solution: When receiving the product, please take it out from the packing and place it flat (do
not fold). Check the coupler and mains plug have been well connected, then switch on to
check whether the product works normally or not. For products unable to work normally,
please contact our customer service (support@rellorushome.com).
Problem: The light fails to illuminate on the control unit
Solution: Check that the coupler is connected fully. Check the switch is attached and that the
instructions have been followed correctly; Check power supply is functional.
Problem: The product does not heat uniformly.
Cause: Maybe the product was folded or the heating wires are coiled during use.
Solution: Please place the blanket flat for using. The temperature of the body areas that
contact the heating zones is higher than the areas do not, which is a normal phenomenon.
Storing
For eco-friendly reason, the product should be separately disposed of instead of being
disposed of as unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life. Please dispose of
properly at the local waste collection site.
Disposing
DO NOT submerge the controller in water. The controller must never contact water
or other liquids directly. To clean the controller, use a dry, lint-free cloth.
DO NOT dry clean as dry cleaning solvents may damage the wires.
DO NOT chemically clean (with bleach or cleaning fluids).
DO NOT use a wringer.
DO NOT use clothespins.
DO NOT iron and wring out.
DO NOT use mothballs or sprays of any kind.
DO NOT re-connect or use until COMPLETELY dry.
DO NOT wash the cord or put the cord into water.
Please note that frequent washing of the product has a negative effect.
DO NOT use commercial dryers or the dryers at your local laundromats, as they
would get too hot and can damage the wiring of the product.
