Problem: The product no longer works aer being used for a period of time.
Cause: The product is not operated or washed properly.
If the above suggestions could not solve the problems, this might result from the
permanent switch-off protection via the safety system. In this case, please contact
our customer service.

Problem: “E” or other symbols indicating improper operation appear when
using the product.
Cause: There is a problem with the controller.
Solution: 1. Please check whether the controller is tightly connected to the product. If not,
please disconnect the mains plug form the outlet, re-connect the controller and then connect
the mains plug back to the outlet.
2. If “E” still exists, please check whether the controller is covered and gets overly hot. If so,
please disconnect the mains plug from the outlet, wait until the controller cools down, connect
the mains plug back to the outlet, and then restart.
3. If “E” still exits, the overheat protection system might have been activated. Please contact
our customer service (support@rellorushome.com).
Problem: The power cord or any wiring is damaged; Damage to the control unit; Fabric
rucking or creasing; Wear or tear on the fabric; Heat discoloration of fabric; The product
has been misused or accidentally damaged;

Warranty & Customer support
This product is intended for domestic use only. Rellorus will repair or replace the
product, or any part of this product, (excluding batteries) free of charge if within 12
months of the date of purchase, it can be shown to have failed through defective
workmanship or materials. This guarantee covers working parts that affect the
function of the product. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear
and tear or damage caused by accident or misuse. Rellorus shall not be responsible for
any type of incidental, consequential or special damages. Opening or taking apart the
product or its components will void the guarantee. Claims under guarantee must be
supported by proof of purchase and be returned carriage paid to Rellorus. Care should
be taken in packing the product so that it is not damaged while in transit. This
undertaking is in addition to a consumer's statutory rights and does not affect those
rights in any way.
