• Note: trimmer comb must be attached to the product in order to use the
hair length selector.
• Note: use the beard trimmer without the adjustable comb for trimming hair
close to the skin. This will trim hair to 1mm, holding the blades perpendicular to the
skin will trim hair to 0.4mm.
ATTACHING AND REMOVING THE TRIMMER COMB
• Hold the trimmer in one hand with your thumb rmly on the zoom wheel to
keep it from turning. Ensure that the length position indicator is at 1.
• Slide the comb down the grooves until it clicks into place.
• The trimmer comb attachment can only be attached in one way.
• To remove the comb attachment slide the comb o the grooves and pull
away from the trimmer body.
TO THIN AND TAPER THE BEARD/MOUSTACHE
• Slide on the attachment comb to the main trimmer blade.
• Use the zoom wheel to set the trimmer comb to the desired length setting.
The setting will appear on the length position indicator. If you are trimming for the
rst time start with the maximum trimming length setting.
• Turn the unit on.
• Place the at top of the trimmer comb against the skin.
• Slowly slide through the hair. Repeat from dierent directions as necessary.
• If hair builds up in the trimmer comb during the trimming process, switch the unit
o, pull o the comb and brush the hair o.
TO DEFINE THE BEARD/MOUSTACHE LINE
• Remove the trimmer comb attachment.
• Start with edge of beard/moustache line and gently lower the trimmer blade onto
your skin.
• Use motions towards edge of beard/moustache line to trim to desired
locations in facial area and away from beard in neck area.
• For ner shaping, raise the pop-up trimmer. Shape as desired.
TRIMMING EDGE OF SIDEBURNS
• Remove the trimmer comb attachment.
• Start with edge of sideburn and with the trimmer blades resting lightly against your
skin, use motions towards edge of sideburn line to trim the desired locations in
facial area.
• For ner shaping, raise the pop-up trimmer. Shape as desired.
• To raise the pop-up trimmer, remove the adjustable comb and then slide up the
pop-up trimmer release button which sits below the pop-up trimmer.
• To retract the pop-up trimmer, slide down the pop-up trimmer release button.
