STAGE 5 Driver’s Position
R-LINK EVOLUTION
An integrated multimedia and connected touchscreen tablet, featuring the TomTom navigation as standard.
Guide the customer throughtheir first steps on the tablet and introduce them to the main menu and its 6 universes:
NAVIGATION:
• Explain the different sub-menus of the Navigation universe to the
customer.
• Tell them how to update the map.
• They receive free updates for three years.
TELEPHONE:
• Help the customer set up their telephone with the system.
• Dial a number. Demonstratethe voice recognition system.
MULTIMEDIA:
• Explain the different sub-menus of the Multimedia universe to the
customer.
• Show the customer that their favourite radio stations have been pre-
programmed in the system and explain how to save another station.
VEHICLE:
• Present the “Driving eco2” menu and its benefits
SERVICES:
• Explain that 3 years of connectivity are provided for free.
• Present the Z.E. Trip function (map of charging terminals)
• Present the Z.E. Connect function (information about the
vehicle and the Z.E. environment).
SYSTEMS:
• Flux Z.E.
• MY Z.E. INTER@CTIVEto start and stop remote charging (via
smartphone or web)
MY Z.E. CONNECT
Remotely view (via smartphone or web):
• Battery status (charge level, time remaining to 100%)
• Vehicle driving range
• Charging history
• Messages (low battery, alerts etc.)
IGNITION AND GEAR SHIFT LEVER
One of the benefits of KANGOO Z.E.: silent running
Sit the customer down behind the wheel so they can discover the cockpit.
Point out the low amount of noise created by the engine when the vehicle starts.
Start the Kangoo Z.E.
Explain the ignition process for
starting the vehicle:
• Insert the key
• Put the gear shift lever in
position (P)
• Apply the brakes and turn the key
• An audio signal indicates that the
vehicle is ready to be driven
• “GO” displayed on the dashboard
Gear shift lever
The gear shift lever works in
connection with an automatic
gearbox. Show the 4 driving
positions to the customer:
• P: Park
• R: Reverse
• N: Neutral
• D: Drive
