NEW RENAULT KANGOO Z.E. specifics
After severalweeks of using Kangoo, the customer will have questions about the equipment and features and may have encountered difficulties.
Start by answering their questions, ask them for feedback, then guide and advise them.
Here is some additional information that will help the new Kangoo Z.E. owner make the most of their cars innovative features and enjoy a special
experience on-board.
ADDITIONAL BOILER
Additional diesel oil heating can be fitted in the vehicle and make it easier to heat the passenger compartment. This
increases comfort without reducing the vehicle’s driving range.
Turning on the additional heating deactivates the other heating, heat pump and air conditioning modes.
Conditionsof use:
The vehicle’s engine must be running.
The switch 4 must be activated.
The ventilation control 2 must not be in position 0.
The temperature control 1must not be in the “heating off” position 3.
The minimum fuel level must not be reached.
The additional heating is powered by a 13-litre diesel tank, which generates an
operating life of around one week in extremely cold conditions.
If the engine is running and the heater is on, when the driver opens the door a message appears
on the dashboard accompanied by an audio signal to tell them to switch off the additional
heating.
Tell your customer that when the minimum fuel level is reached, the indicator light is
illuminated on the dashboard. After a few minutes of operation, a dashboard message
indicates that the additional heating has been switched off.
