• All persons that operate this device, install, commission or service it must observe
these operating instructions.
• Makesurethedeviceissufcientlyventilatedwheninoperation.Donotcoverthe
ventilation openings with magazines, blankets, curtains or similar.
• Donotplaceanyopensourcesofre,suchasburningcandles,onordirectly
next to the device.
• Do not take the device into operation near bathtubs swimming pools or splashing
water.
• Never operate the device unattended.
• Only operate the device in moderate climates, never in tropical climates.
b) Mains Unit
• Use only the enclosed mains unit for power supply.
• The mains adapter corresponds to protection class II. Only a proper mains socket
(100-240 V/AC 50/60 Hz) of the public supply net must be used as voltage source.
• To disconnect the device completely from the mains, the mains plug has to be
pulled out of the socket.
• The mains socket must be close to the device and easily accessible.
• Never touch the power unit with wet or damp hands. There is a risk of potentially
fatal electric shock!
• Never replace a damaged connection cable of the mains adapter. If the connection
cable is damaged, the mains unit is unusable and must be disposed of. It must
not be repaired.
