11. Troubleshooting
With this radio, you purchased a product built to the state of the art and operationally safe.
Nevertheless, problems or errors may occur. Therefore, we would like to describe how to
eliminate possible errors here:
Always observe the safety information!
No function after the device has been switched on:
• The switch ON/OFF (10) is in the position OFF.
• The mains unit is not properly plugged into the socket or the low-voltage plug is not correctly
connected to the connection DC 5V (11).
• The mains socket is not supplied with current.
No sound is audible at playback:
• The volume at the connected audio system or the active speakers is set too low.
• The wrong input has been chosen at the connected audio system or the active speakers.
• The connection to the audio system or the active speakers has been interrupted or is
defective.
• Radioreceptionistooweak.
