Volume set too low
POSSIBLE REMEDY
Turn on by closing the battery door
Replace battery
Insert battery properly
Clean RIE mold or tube
Replace wax filter or consult your hearing care professional
Reinsert RIE mold
Clean RIE mold, replace dome, replace filter
