Stop talking and keep the transmission time length. 300-3000ms is optional.

21.SCAN TYPE
Search: Scan the signal and stay on the current channel.
Carrier: If there is no transmission or reception signal for 5s after scanning the signal, scan again.
Time: Stop on the current channel for a while after scanning the signal, and continue scanning.
