Why can't I feel the electrical stimulation from my Revitive IX?
    • A
      Andrew OlsenJul 27, 2025
If your Revitive Extender is on but you don't feel any electrical stimulation, several factors could be at play. First, ensure both bare feet are placed on the foot pads simultaneously, gradually increasing the intensity. Dry feet can impede conductivity, so moisturize the soles. Dehydration can also reduce stimulation, so drink plenty of water before and after use. The intensity level might be too low; safely increase it until you feel the stimulation. To test the device, place one hand across both footpads and increase the intensity; if you feel stimulation in your hand, the device is working.

How to make IsoRocker work on my Revitive Extender?
    • J
      Julie JonesAug 2, 2025
The IsoRocker on your Revitive Extender only rocks when your calf muscles contract sufficiently due to the electrical stimulation. Ensure the pivot is in the center position. The IsoRocker is not mechanical; it relies on your leg muscles. Increase the intensity to a comfortable level to induce rocking. Also, sit with your knees at a 90-degree angle to ensure proper device positioning.

      Patrick GarnerAug 8, 2025
If your Revitive Extender has no power or lights when switched on, ensure the AC adapter is properly plugged into both the electrical outlet and the device. Also, verify that the electrical outlet is switched on.

Why are my legs aching after Revitive IX treatment?
    • T
      Timothy RiceAug 14, 2025
Legs may ache after using the Revitive Extender if the intensity is too high, overworking your muscles. Allow recovery time between treatments, similar to post-exercise recovery. Start your next session at a lower, comfortable intensity where you feel mild electrical stimulation, and reduce the duration until your muscles adjust.

How to stop IsoRocker on my Revitive Extender from making noise?
    • B
      Bradley TrevinoAug 20, 2025
If the IsoRocker on your Revitive Extender makes a tapping noise on a hard floor, adjust the device's positioning or lower the intensity level. Alternatively, use a floor mat underneath the device to cushion the sound.
