Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues with syncing the scale to your mobile device, please try the following troubleshooting
steps. Perform step 1 first, if they do not correct the issue, then try the step 2 and so forth.
Step 1
1. Logout of the app and force close.
2. Reset Bluetooth™ in your mobile device by turning off for 30 seconds and then back on.
3. Log back into the app, make sure the scale is added, then try syncing again from the Dashboard.
Step 2
1. Logout of the app and force close.
2. Reset Bluetooth™ in your mobile device by turning off for 30 seconds and then back on.
3. Log back into the app, select ‘Devices’ from the Main Menu (three bar icon).
4. Next to the scale icon, select ‘Remove’.
5. Once scale is removed, then select ‘Add’ to re-add scale to account.
6. Go back to Dashboard and try syncing.
Step 3
1. Reset Bluetooth™ in your mobile device by turning off for 30 seconds and then back on.
2. From within the app, select ‘Settings’ from the Main Menu (three bar icon).
3. Select ‘Reset scale’.
4. Go back to Dashboard and try syncing.
Getting Started
What you’ll need:
• This manual
• Your Revive Smart scale
• Revive app downloaded on your mobile device (version 1.6.0 or greater)
• A compatible mobile device (see ‘Support Devices’ section below)
• Stable data or Wi-Fi connection
• A hard, flat surface to place your scale. Carpet is not recommended.
Supported Devices
Please ensure that you have a compatible device. The Revive Smart Scale and app is compatible with most Android
4.3+ and iOS 8+ devices (iPhone 4s, 5, 5c, 5S, 5, 6 Plus, 6S, 6S Plus, iPod Touch 5, iPad 3, 4, Mini, Mini2, Air, and Air 2)
Make sure Bluetooth™ is powered on:
iOS:
• Tap Settings from the Home Screen
• Tap Bluetooth™
• Toggle “On” OR
• Through Control Center via Lock or Home screen: Open the Control Center by swiping up from the bottom of
the Lock or Home screen. Then tap Bluetooth™ icon
