Adding Additional Users to your Smart Scale
To add an additional user, please use the following instructions. First make sure that user has a compatible device and
has downloaded the app. If the user is new to Revive, please follow the instructions provided in the New User set up
section of this manual. Remember the scale can accommodate up to 16 users.
Open the Revive app and:
1. Select the Main Menu (three bar icon) in the upper right hand corner of Dashboard.
2. Then select ‘Devices’.
3. Tap the blue ‘Add’ button next to the scale icon.
4. The app will then prompt user to stand on the scale, please have the user do so when prompted.
5. The app will then ask the user if a Bluetooth™ symbol appears on the scale’s screen next to the user’s weight
and body fat percentage. Have new user select “Yes” when notified by the app.
6. When the scale is being added, the user will see a ‘syncing scale’ notification appear in a blue bar.
7. Once the scale has been added, the user will see a “scale added” notification appear in a green bar.
8. After adding the scale, inform the new user to step off the scale and allow it to reset before he or she weighs
in and syncs his or her data to the Revive app.
Scale Reset
To reset the components inside the scale, log into the app and go to Settings. This action will allow you to reset your
scale. If you do not see the Body Fat % display on the scale’s screen but know that you have successfully added the
scale to your account and made sure your Profile information is correct (e.g.height), please use reset your scale.
