  If your RevoAce Grill won't light, here's what to check: * **Ignition Wire:** Ensure the ignition wire is securely connected to the electrical igniter/valve. Reconnect if necessary. * **Ignition Pin Distance:** If the distance between the ignition pin and the burner is too large (greater than 5/32 in. - 3/16 in.), loosen the ignition pin, adjust the distance, and then fasten it again. * **Gas Supply:** Make sure the regulator valve is turned on to supply gas. * **Electrode:** Reinstall the electrode if the electrode tip does not produce sparks at the burner port. * **Air Shutter:** If the air shutter opening is too big, loosen it and adjust to a smaller size. If the ignition wire is broken, call customer service for a replacement.
